LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT WORKSHOP
UNPRI Presents Jacob Mathew at the Leadership Engagement Workshop
Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) presented one of the world's best coaches or trainers in the field of rapid transformational training, Mr. Jacob Mathews from New Zealand at the Leadership Engagement Workshop, Thursday (18/6) in the Multipurpose Room, 5th Floor, Royal Prima Hospital, Jalan Ayahanda Medan.
The event, which was attended by 32 participants, was attended by the Head of BPH UNPRI, Dr. Tommy Leonard, S.H., M.Kn., structural officials of Royal Prima Hospital (RS), deans and Heads of Study Programs in UNPRI. With a relaxed and interactive format, Mr. Jacob captivated the audience's attention with very applicable and informative material in English.
The short material presented by Mr. Jacob has provided valuable lessons and the best perspectives to the audience in terms of the ability to manage and lead teamwork based on the principle of "leadership engagement".
Although the workshop was held on the first day of Ramadhan 1436 H, all participants followed enthusiastically and were actively involved in the two-way discussion. Mr. Jacob provided input to UNPRI on the importance of emotional attachment and closeness but remain professional between leaders and subordinates, so that each individual in the organization works optimally with minimal cost.
At the end of the workshop, the New Zealander expressed his hopes and optimism about UNPRI's great opportunities in the future, so that it can become one of the best private universities by implementing the principles of leadership engagement in organizational governance.
